Return Policy Summary

  • 14-Day Return Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • 7% cancellation fee for Credit Card and PayPal orders

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable

  • Installed, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned

  • All product defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery


Order Cancellation or Modification Before Shipment

You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been shipped.

If you paid by Credit Card or PayPal and choose to cancel your order, a 7% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers payment processing and refund transaction costs charged by payment providers.


Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped but is still in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@evfuns.com.

We will do our best to intercept and return the package; however, interception cannot be guaranteed.

If the package is successfully returned:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 7% processing fee will be deducted for Credit Card and PayPal transactions.

  • Any return shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Once a package has arrived in the destination country, it is generally no longer possible to intercept or return it. If the package is refused by the customer, any resulting losses and fees will be the responsibility of the customer, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.


Returns After Delivery

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at:

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

If you wish to return an item for any of the following reasons:

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Changed your mind

  • No longer need the product

  • Any non-quality-related reason

Then:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. Any damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may result in a reduced refund or denial of the return.


Product Defects and Quality Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@evfuns.com.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Videos showing the issue (if applicable)

After verification, EVFUNS will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement product

  • Return label and refund

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Custom Orders

Custom-made, special-order, or factory-customized products cannot be canceled once production or procurement has begun.

If a customer insists on canceling a custom order after production has started, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Custom orders cannot be canceled solely because production takes longer than expected.


Installation and Fitment Issues

Please inspect all products before installation.

Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted by the customer.

If you experience a fitment or installation issue, please contact support@evfuns.com before modifying or altering the product.

Please provide:

  • Product photos

  • Installation photos

  • Detailed description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fitment defect, EVFUNS will provide a replacement or corrective solution.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, applicable shipping and restocking fees may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed products

  • Used products

  • Damaged products caused by misuse

  • Painted, modified, or customized products

  • Products that have been scratched, cracked, bent, or altered

  • Products with adhesive backing where the protective film has been removed

  • Sealed products that have been opened

  • Custom-made products

  • Final Sale items


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@evfuns.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

Do not install damaged products.

After verification, EVFUNS will prioritize sending a replacement product at no additional cost.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, return shipping costs and any related fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or if items are missing from your order, please contact support@evfuns.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the received items

After verification, EVFUNS will ship the correct or missing item at no additional cost.

For missing items, we offer replacement shipments only and do not provide refunds.


Lost Packages

After receiving your tracking number, please monitor the shipment regularly.

If any of the following occurs, please contact us immediately:

  • No tracking updates for more than 7 business days

  • Incorrect tracking information

  • Delivery issues or address errors

If a package shows no meaningful tracking activity for more than 21 days, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Return Address

EVFUNS operates multiple warehouses.

Please do not return any item without authorization.

The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team based on the product type and warehouse location.


International Orders

EVFUNS does not refund any of the following charges that may be imposed by your country or region:

  • VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • Sales Tax

  • Import Duties

  • Customs Clearance Fees

  • Brokerage Fees

  • Any other government-imposed charges

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import regulations and tax requirements.

If a package is returned, destroyed, abandoned, or confiscated due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance procedures, all resulting costs and losses will be the responsibility of the customer.
